Even Infernity wouldn't care about this skill.

1. The deck does not need LP advantage

2. Starting with -4 hand when going first means you start the duel with absolutely literally nothing. Not even Infernity would like that, they still want to be able to summon something at least.

Infernity also need GY set up. Some of their combos can SP from the GY.

No hand and no GY set up is pretty bad.
