Makes sense to me that they are keeping Heroes afloat in DL because casual Yugioh players love them. They're trying to make those casual players spend money in DL.

It's also the reason why Heroes are very spread apart among several boxes in DL.

I think Cyber Angels prove they don't think that's a big concern. Yes, MAR and Dakini are drops. But every single Cyber Angel shelled out for multiple copies of Senju (and many Saffira) that became mostly worthless as a result.

They'll likely hit Anki eventually. HERO isn't as much of a problem as Fur Hire or Amazoness were, but with its competition getting hit, it's getting there.

Sure limiting dakini and MAR make senju and saffira pretty worthless, but they never hit senju or saffira themselves do they? Which is why they tried to nerf heroes in other way like celestial and vyon nerf, but they didn't expect that hero is still strong even with those nerf. As much as I hate heroes, I honestly think it is a scam if they straight up limiting anki or mask change.

There are so many people who get 3 copies of Anki without spending a single penny. Meanwhile for Vyon, people must spend real money to get the 2nd and 3rd copy. In this case, Anki deserves to get hit rather than Vyon. But Konami didn't do that, because people buy Vyon to support the real boss : Anki. People would be more angry if Konami hit the boss instead of the support

If Konami didn't release Vyon as an exclusive card in structure deck, Anki would have been hit months ago. Konami save Anki from banlist for the sake of Vyon buyers, not because it is a UR from the big box

Sure vyon can only be bought with real money, but if both vyon and anki are bought with real money, you will realize that anki is a lot more expensive than vyon. Doesn't matter if you claim to be F2P, budget player or whale. Based on value for money, Vyon is obviously more expensive than Anki. If Anki isn't the boss of the deck, Anki would've been hit instead of Vyon

Unlike the Cosmic Cyclone box, Anki box have some good UR/SR that are still viable in current meta. Investing gems or money in Anki isn't kind of expensive compared to investing in Vyon. Konami don't hit Anki because it's the main core of the deck, not because it is expensive. Killing Anki means killing the entire deck (unless they release another strong MH boss like Dark Law)

Wrong, both dyna and wiz are the boss monsters of furries and dakini is the boss monster of CA, yet konami still nerf them and left anki untouched. If it is not because anki is a box UR, then why else?

it is because Dakini is free. Amazons are free (Onslaught R card) and Fur Hire is in a mini box. If Konami will ever touch a UR/SR card from a main box, that would be a long long time to go..
