Maybe later, when the power creep has crept up to 9000. Honestly though this card would be the only thing we see, then it'd be a case of who gets their's first.
Bad idea to put Dark Law in the game at least you can stop Anki.
If you're serious, you need more game experience. "Any card sent to your opponent's GY is banished instead..." as the first line. This is amazing, many strategies either use the graveyard for value, or rely on it for combos. "Once per turn, if your opponent adds a card(s) from their Deck to their hand (except draw phase or damage step). You can banish 1 random card from your opponents hand."
