Unless stuff that instantly dump Necrofear to graveyard from deck like Armageddon Knight, Fiendish Rhino Warrior, or Foolish Burial being released, Destiny Board will never going to be competitive
Yeah it seems slow but have you actually tried it? With a good hand you'll be able to summon 2-3 monster in 1 turn not just simple monster but huge one
