would using tribute to the doomed; sending necrofear to the graveyard, then activating escape dark dimension work to special summon necrofear?

Creeping Darkness is u banish 2 from your grave and add 1 from deck to hand so if necrofear was sent from the field to the grave you can banish it and re summon it with Escape from the Dark Dimension
