It's better IRL than it was in the manga. That's true fairly often, honestly. Mosaic Manticore, Dragonic Knight, Goka and Barbaros UR are all better as non-Fusions, too.
Neo Bubbleman's a better example than Neos Wiseman. (Wiseman being a Fusion or not honestly doesn't make that much difference.) There is no reason why Neo Bubbleman should have ever been a Main Deck monster. (Or existed at all, but hey.) Even they clearly realized this given Marine Dolphin and Twinkle Moss remained Extra Deck monsters.
