The only thing I've seen that might hint at him is the leaked "Indomitable Fighting Spirit" skills. We would have to wait until April. After Sartorious, there are only 3 other unreleased GX characters (with Atticus) right now.

I just hope it's Atticus and not Nightshroud. I wouldn't mind Nightshroud though.. or maybe Konami would be so kind to give us both (I can dream) I'm still hoping for "ObeliskBlue Ryo/Zane" (yeah this might be too much to ask for but they're totally different characters .. that or I find one Ryo isn't enough in DuelLinks TuT)
Blizzard Prince Atty and Dartz would be cool, I dunno, they should create a poll in the actually Konami site asking for votes from players to see which character people would like to get.
I don’t think Go is a bad character at all, he’s the new dino deck user after all. At least way better than rex imo (who sadly wasnt very relevant btw)
