technically it's super easy if you just use any fusion substitute card with sparkman. But the main problem is that you need to fusion summon it, which unless you have an archetypal fusion it's just a pain to do.
Truely poorly, i can't believe they never considered the lack of draw power will compensate for it's decent effects, not to mention insane meta disruption is the norm.
