You can have two. Roaming Rex is an event Duelist. Whike he is in the game regular Rex cannot apoear but other LD will appear in Duek World. at that point until you defeat Kiaba he will be the only LD to aplear in Duel World but Roaming Rex can soawn any time until he is beat because his spawn rate is tied to this event not to LD spawns. This is not weird, it is normal and how the game works.
I did not notice Yugi. I am not sure. I imagine an issue with the coding. I just assumed he was talking about Roaming Rex. It wouldn't be the first tine someone did.
