Sucks? You have to:
1) Set/Summon this card first, then you have to protect him on the field so that you can get his Draw effect next turn? (kinda like Gemini, really?)
2) If you Set/Summon this card on field, what is left for you to Normal Summon? How will this card survive for a turn so next turn you can use it as a Tribute for your stronger monster cards? So difficult.
3) It requires that this card be destroyed first before you can use 2nd effect. So that means, you really have to Set this on field, which is actually a wasted move/turn.
4) Is this a 🔥 Kuriboh? What went wrong with him?
Lol let me jjst state this easily. Ritual summon tributes count too. This guy, with enemy controller, basically gives you a 1 turn stall by taking control of enemy biggest monster, and you get to cycle through your deck. Not to mention, to top it off, by removing this card from play, it prevents a battle destruction for ANY monster, while this is in the GRAVEYARD. Its pretty great
