Balanced? Have you ever face a REZD Beatdown deck with a REZD no-beatdown deck? Tell me what is a "balanced skill". Anyway, skills should be banned from Ranked PVP.
Yes it's a strong skill in the right deck ie deck build around high level creatures. But strong don't mean OP, and depending of your deck restart, balance, mind scan, duel standby, last gamble ... are just as good. Imo the best skin in the game is restart because it can save you from an otherwise unwinnable game.
I mean, hazy flames and REZD are strong but aren't even tier 2. (I'm talking about the beatdown hazy flames, not the other one). Skills that had to be nerfed were 3SD, Mind scan and Middle-age mechs. They were quite unfair because they fixed some decks' problems making them tier 0/1. I don't think we should be concerned about this one.
