I'm agree with that.
All ban are for forcing people to buy UR cards instead of the cards you obtain easy.
But it's the first time they ban a SR of structure deck.
I'll change my mind the day they ban a UR.

Well, given Neos Fusion will become semi.
People will grab 2 or 3 copies of Keeper for sure.

On top of it being hit like most people asked for, it's also a good business for Konami

Yep, Neos Fusion hit is partly a business move to make the newest EX deck (which has a Neos Fusion searcher) sells more.

Pure Darklord deck is severely weakened, but 3x Ixchel + 3x Banishment can be used for a hybrid with another archetype. For example : Subterror, Metaphys, even Aromages. Konami won't let a deck containing cards from only one or two box becomes tier 1 for a long time

I feel like Konami doesn't really care about the distinction between Tier 1 and Tier 2 decks, and there are a LOT of Tier 2 decks that only use 1 or 2 boxes. (Six Samurai and Spellbook are big examples.)

Six Sams : 3 or more boxes (Shien/Kizan/Fuma/Enishi box, Rihan/Kizaru/Cunning box, secondary synchro: Armades/Vermillion/X Saber Wayne, World Legacy Clash, sometimes Wall of D and Power of Guardian)

Spellbook : 3 or more boxes (Spellbook box, Silent Magician structure deck, Breaker/Kycoo/Aleister The Invoker box)

And Konami still hit Clash and Light & Dark
