Perhaps because of spirit dragon. Still, considering how the current meta works, treating it as tier 3 is kinda overrated ( this also applied to dragunity as well ). Those dragons deck hasn't received any support to make it a tier deck. It might be kog worth, but not tiered at very least
Idk if I read this correct but IMO Blue Eyes is a horrible match up for Cyber Dragon. Once you figure out the timing of the Blue Eyes cards (if you don’t already know them) it’s super easy to beat with cyber Dragons. Especially if you run Cyber Dragon Drie.
