What are you smoking? There's not even a banlist yet and even then it would take longer than that for it to go into effect.

Banlist for this deck, desperado to 2, twin barrel to 2. In addition karma to 2. Head judging to 0.No need to touch cup of ace or skill.

knowing Konami, it's more likely they'll hit Cup of Ace than Karma Cut.

And they'll touch the skill as well.

Putting desperado at 2 is more effective and Konami has no problem limiting structure deck cards. Also karma to 2 is a forgone conclusion it's the most used trap and can be used by anything.
