But you cannot summon 3 tokens at once because you need to summon the same amount to both sides which is maximally two (since you'll have at most 2 unoccupied monster zones)
However, that does not automatically makes this card good.
This card's summoning requirement means by the time you can get this card into the field, not only your opponent's field is most likely not empty (so no 3 tokens), but also, even if your opponent's field IS empty by then, you might as well just win already using those two level 8 monsters instead.
