Well i do have money, but i'm not a whale , lol (iykwim).
I only spare some percent of my work money each month for games, so i want to know which one is good to invest first (since there is sale too) and will still playable even if card/skill got nerfed.
Anyway, Neos seems better. But i also wanna know, if somehow Master of Destiny got nerfed, is Desperado still viable??

If you want to choose one, I agree that Neos Fusion is better.
About Desperado, it doesn't need Master of Destiny to function. I'm actually using Desperado (Cyberdark version) with the skill Switchroo and it's good.
In the current meta, we rarely see Canadia, Floodgate, and Chalice which could stop Desperado destroying or summoning effect. That's why Triamid is a though matchup for Desperado.
With those points above, Neos pretty much win if new players looking for values. Since Neos pretty much fit in any deck, which the main purpose is thining the deck. And it doesn't depend on skill.
