i just want to know i did the data transfer long time ago and yesterday the game didn't work for me so if i recover the data do i get my progress only until the day i transfered the data

yes, you will have to redownload the game. When you start the app, before you tap the "initiate link!", tap the button below that says "Data Transfer" and login to your account.
