Maxx C isn't OP, the only real reason TCG banned it is because the rich players are crying that Maxx C force them to not summon spam otherwise their opponent benefits, or they summon spam anyway but couldn't make enough summon to deck out the Maxx C player, and now the Maxx C player has all the counters in hand, so the rich player cries
