I would say 2 copies are fine IMO. The issue is that people abuse the 2nd effect to use it as Brain Controler. When you have only 4000 LP and you are quite open to attacks and get beaten up by your own monsters. This card is necessary evil.

I'd say it should either be banned or limited to only 1 copy as it's just the most broken overpowered card. You won't see any deck anywhere without it.
I personally don't use it out of spite because of this horrible flaw in the game

Ever heard of this new fangled thing called back row? Maybe you should try it so you can protect yourself instead of relying on beaters (eg: windstorm, security orb, draining shield etc)

The fact that you don't run defensive back row proves how bad you are at the game. Econ is either an attack stopper or a brain control with a cost, it's versatile but not ban worthy

That's not even close to the issue here. The issue is, almost any good card comes with a cost, either paying LP, discarding, or sacrificing, while Enemy Controller has no such costs, which makes it completely broken.
Anyone who uses it is really bad at the game as they clearly can't win without it, and THAT is problem with this card

Flipping a cards battle position shouldn't need a cost and as a matter of fact the 2nd effect does use a sacrifice lol you don't even know why you want this card ban

SRH doesn't have a cost, Wall of D doesn't have a cost, mirror wall doesn't have a cost on activation. Are you saying those cards shouldn't exist as well? Also e-con doesn't destroy 🔥, and it's not even good against the current meta deck except maybe CA

In response to your feedback we have now issued a new rule effective immediately to yugioh duel links and yugioh tcg/ocg. In order to change a monster from atk to def (or vice versa)either manually or through a card effect you must now discard your entire hand(minimum 7 cards). We apologize for making this card so broken lel.
