Gold is trash nobody cares about that unless you're fairly new. And, they shouldn't have reduced the number of cards that's just plain stupid. For all that, should have replaced them with gems. But, we all know komoney won't do that
Never said gold being removed is bad. In fact, it's a good thing. By the time you can unlock Anna you'd usually already have many other source of gold anyway, if you even still need gold.
I have literally never run out of gold in this game, ever. There is so much of it that it might as well not exist at all. There just aren't enough ways to spend it to beat how fast you make it. So the less useless gold rewards the better
