Cloudian deck can easily get around even Absolute Zero.
J/Y only has 1 Super Poly, so he can only steal 1 out of 3 Cloudians. And Cloudians all have lower ATK than Absolute Zero, so he can only make AbZero leave the field by using it as material. Sanctuary + Divine Punishment can deal with his regular Poly and AbZero's effect.
You will want to have Dark Core in your Cloudian Ra deck though, as there's a good chance he'll summon Neos Wiseman, thanks to his Skill. Neos Wiseman can't be touched by Cirrostratus at all, and its effect would constantly burn your LP. Since it cannot be destroyed by Cirrostratus and you have nothing strong enough to destroy it in battle, your next best choice is to banish it with Dark Core.
