Let me share a budget burn deck 3x Yubel 1x Yubel - Terror Incarnate 1x Yubel - Ultimate Nightmare 3x Fire King Avatar Yaksha 3x Fire King Avatar Barong 3x Storm Caller 3x Fire King Island 3x Give and Take When Storm Caller is destroyed by card effect, its controller take damage equal to its original ATK (2300). All you need is dumping Storm Caller into the graveyard using Island or Yaksha, summon Terror Incarnate, use Give and Take to special summon Storm Caller to your opponent's field then BOOM

please note though that
a) the extra destruction effect can be costly in limited space
b) you will take 2300 by your own storm caller regardless of hand or field

If you use Give and Take, only the opponent will take the damage. A Japanese player played this deck against me and it worked as the explanation above

Also, Storm Caller effect only triggers when it is on the field. So you take no damage if you send it to GY from your hand
