The skill should be nerfed a bit to summoning Protos from inside the deck instead of outside.

Also, make it so that you cannot Fusion Summon on the same turn the Protos are summoned.

But Fusion summoning with the Protos is the main reason why they created the skill in the first place

I think just nerfing it to summoning Protos from deck is better and should be enough. There shouldn't be a restriction for not being able to fusion summon on the same turn.

Add to the text:
"Return cards from your hand to your deck equal to the number of proto cyber dragons you summoned"
This way the ridiculous free card advantage will be balanced.
