Why people whine so much about sylvans?
There are so many ways to counters to them.
I run an aroma deck and I'm just doing fine.
My guess is that people want instant solutions without having to look at the carpool and tech some useful cards.
How about actually mentioning how you countered them? A mere criticism isn't helpful without actual advice. All things said though, it is probably just your deck. Aromage Rosemary happens to prevent monster effects when attacking... which is the one thing Sylvans rely on. Play something other than a meta deck, and you might find it... more challenging to deal with Sylvans.
Yes, because you always get a counter card like Chalice or Divine Wrath first turn. There no RNG/chance involved at all, even if you get a second roll with Restart.
Meanwhile, Sylvans can pretty much start excavating from their first or second turn and have the field flooded by their second after possibly nuking your entire field if they are lucky.
