These responses show how much the obsession with pvp destroys your brains. This comment was made in a page meant to talk about Crow level 40. It's obvious the cards he drops don't make a good deck; it's his own deck that is tier 0.
I think OP is talking about the deck Crow's running, rather than the deck you can farm from Crow. To be fair, it's a bit challenging to face off against Level 40 Crow, especially considering he has terrible drops for his archetype.
