You don't need to destroy it.
If Pegasus is already on the field, just summon 1 Rainbow Dragon and Vassal. You will still get Over 9999 damage with 2 Union Attack.

It seems that you just don't know how to farm. You can use glossy or prismatic cards or draw all your cards for extra points when you don't reach 8k.

Looks useful actually, and if you have prismatic union attacks and prismatic crystal raigeki. 8000 atk points is pretty much possible
