Wrong. If you wait you will miss the KC Cup and all the rewards that comes with it. And even with the event many hard core farmers barely got only 1 copy.
Also you'll gonna miss a KC Cup either way if there's one next month, since I doubt we're going to get Zexal World (and thus SR Dream Ticket for its opening) before October.
