So it was said that they fixed the bug that all you had to do was relog and strings will appear and it never happened I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and reported several times who would I contact to get this issue resolved so I can receive Slifer GOD card. I already submitted a bug report and it said that it can take weeks to get a response this is very upsetting seeing as how I enjoy playing the game but not being able to receive yet another GOD card is very frustrating.
I know the event ended this all happened whole the event was still going on and was not fixed in my case. That's why I was asking how to contact, or is there a forum on here for bugs, or moderators and admins that actually work with the game development team?
this is the last site you wanna be on to look for the game development team lmao, there should be something similar in settings or something when you play the game. this site isn't officially tied to konami
