It's a worse card than De-Fusion and Void Trap Hole in most cases, among other cards. There simply aren't that many decks that keep 2+ Fusions on the field. It'd prevent Masked HERO chaining a Mask Change on their Anki to switch out for another, but that only matters if they have no non-Fusion HEROes left.
...I don't see how Network Trap Hole could be a Mispolymerization replacement. You can't use Network Trap Hole on a monster Summoned from the Extra Deck, so the only real overlap is if they're Special Summoning a Fusion from the GY.
