Temperance + spellbook of life can allow you to go into a rank 5 but only if you banish a blue boy from gy.

You can also try strength of prophecy + the tricky

Justice can set up a rank 5 play with the tricky for your next turn but she requires your normal summon

I've been giving a go to the deck and the most reliable way I've found to summon empress is with 2 The Tricky, sometimes summoned by temperance, by their own and more often a mix of both

The other tests were garbage gimmicks no one is interested in

Nah bruh try synchros instead, prophecy cards levels are a total mess

Nobody bothered using the Xyz even back then in OCG/TCG. The archetype's levels are way too all over the place to make use of Xyz consistently.
