Excuse me but uh... how is this worse? Same summoning conditions from the hand with higher stats, and it can also be summoned back from the grave through it's own effect, plus it has an additional effect to summon another Dragon back from the grave. This card is almost too good for Duel Links (not really, but y'know what I mean)
