Correction you need 3 blue eyes white dragon in that example

Any monster the is summoned by using 2 or more cards and the polymerization spell goes into your extra deck. E.g to get the ultimate blue eyes white dragon you need 2 blue eye white dragons either in your hand or on the field, then play the polymerization spell tribute the 2 blue eye white dragons and summon the ultimate blue eye white dragons from your extra deck.

you can not add normal card into the extra deck
only extra deck card, which are purple.

The question still hasn`t been answered. So far all monsters you add go in the main deck. How do you get your fusion cards from the main deck into the extra deck?

Only fusion card can go in your extra Deck

Some cards can only be placed in the extra deck, those are the ones that require the summoning and combination of 2 specific monsters. Once you have those monsters either in your hand or in the field you need a polymatization spell card to summon the special monster.

My question is, how do you use monsters from your EX Deck during a duel? I had the two required monsters on the field but I couldn't figure out how to summon from EX Deck after that
