I believe it’s 35 or 40. I just hit 43 and I’m facing lvl 45 standard duelists so it will happen soon

That doesn't make sense why would they put Yugi Moto missions where you need to beat level 40 characters but he's unlockable at stage 20

I reached stage 20 yesterday, lvl 40 is still not unlock yet. I believed we need to go higher, or there might be other conditions like lvl that character up to 30. I tried look around reddit, but can't find anything yet :(
