I don't know what it is but thats all wrong, just now i open a 10 set but got explosion and got a rare, the n glance just a rare 3 Kuriboh one time SR one time rare and i got the Egyptian Text and got a UR while my box was full.

I haven't gotten consistent results but what I've noticed is:
1x Kuriboh - regular pack (2x Normal + 1x R)
3x Kuriboh - 50% chance of one cards rarity increased by one level
Duelist glance - Guaranteed SR or higher
Exploding Kuriboh - Gauranteed UR
Rainbow Outline - Guaranteed UR
Egyptian Text - Might be related to the box being close to empty

sometimes it's to show that there are SR or UR cards in the pack but it's not all that reliable to know from the animation, just for show.
