Do they ban mod now?

I just came back to the game since 2017. Last I played modders got a warning at most. Before, I was using the 'high score (3000+) even if you lose' mod. I wonder if it's still safe to use.

They can immediately ban you. And it was never safe to use them if you read the ToU.
