So we need the patch for ios WDR to play it tge way it should be

Yes on the summon but WDR normal summon other cards and effects cannot be activated. plus on android you cant play cards on WDR the trun hes played cause my friend uses it all the time

No card or effects can be activated during the summon moment only.
After that they can be activated normally.
