About the pack sale system

Yes I am a beginner and it often shows a 3+1 UR or a 10+1 UR event but how does the thing even work? Do u just get a UR without even knowing it? Or is there a way to find out wether the event gave you one?

Your title says 'sale'.... i dont understand how your brain thinks sale = event where you get a UR for free.

sale = discount = go to the shop, choose any box, and there will be a special offer where you can buy [1 UR card (chosen at random from the box) +3 packs] for 1$ USD which is really worth it.
