Getting Light and Dark skill right now

How? Lumis and Umbra don't appear at the gate, tag duel doesn't seem to give drops. Is that still possible to get this skill?

They are not yet available at gates. The only time you can get them was through their event.

The skill can be obtained by dueling with others or legendary duelist
