[BUG] Hieratic Dragon of Nuit Dont Work!!

I cannot active the effect of Hieratic Dragon of Nuit,When the effect is activated show "
there is no way to finish the effect",but i have 12 Dragons in the deck,so i should can be special summon one! FIX IT X(

Hieratic Dragon of Nuit effect only works on Normal Dragon-type Monsters like Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Maybe yours are all Effect Monsters

Are the dragons in your deck normal monsters or effect monsters?
Of effect monsters then it obviously doesnt work, cause hieratics summon effects work normal dragon monsters.
If you DO have normal dragon monsters in your deck... then you might not have activated the effect correctly maybe?
