Where can you get EX tokens?

I have been looking a while and I don't have a hint on where to get these tokens. They are used for the card trader and I really want a certain card that require EX tokens.

Pretty much u got to the shop and by ex card packs going 200 gems for 1 pack Smfh and after u buy a pack u will get X amount of ex toke a not sure how many per pack 200 gems seems like a lot

its a duel assessment reward and mission reward only

Those are only available playing against bakura certain number of matches, and they also can appear as a reward when you duel against bakura too, i think.
