Is lvl 30 really the max level for DSOD characters?

I have gotten Seto DSOD up to level 30 (as me playing as the character). But it says its maxed out, which would if true.

Is there something I am missing or is that really the max level you can get these characters?

Until today the max character for DSOD is 30 , you can only wait until konami tncrease the max level

It's currently the max level. However, it will get increased to 35 by the end of this month.
