Inflict 2000 effect damage in one card effect?

To unlock tetsu trudge you need to inflict 2000 effect damage in one card activation. Is there a reliable way to do this? I've tried some things like Giski Photomirror and Destiny HERO Dogma but that didn't seem to work, possibly because of the language on the card.

All I could find in the card catalogue specifically saying "opponent loses Brain Research, but I don't feel like drawing for a UR I don't want just to unlock a character.

Use cauldron of the old man and wait until the counter is 15 then use it to hurt it inflict 2100 damage in one activated effect

Don't use "Destiny HERO Dogma". It just halves your opponent's LP which doesn't count as effect damage.

I used a combination of lava golem, sky scraper, and flame wingman.Summoned golem to their side, sky scraper is activated so my flame wingman jumps to 3100. So he ended up taking 3000 effect damage.
