When can we expect the marik event again?

I mean the one with the skilldrop for winged dragon of ra called "power of the tributed".

Adding him to gate wont give me the "power of the tribute" skill.

I dont care about the whole event.

I care about that skill.

If they allow the skill to drop than that could solve the problem too or some missions to unlock it or something like that.
