I won a duel in KC cup and it says I lost

I don’t understand why, but I’ve won a tough game in KC Cup and later, I realized that it appears like a loss, even I saved the match and it says that I won!! Here is the proof:

the game doesnt work. thats why i dont play pvp. I spend over $100 a month for badass wifi snd i still lose due to glitches and the game refusing to let me play a single card
