Vagabond bug?

So whenever i send the vagabond to one of my friends, they never receive him. And when i check the list that shows how many times i sent the vagabond to said friend, it always says 0. I also dont receive the vagabond whenever one of my friends send him to me either. Is this happening to anyone else?
