i'm now gold 1 , Can i drop from Gold to Silver 5 ?

I dropped from gold to silver 1!! Konami said it couldnt happen but it did!

Actually I droped below gold 1 to siver 4 once but dont know exactly how. When I was gold rank one I took a little break from online battles and started fighting ai in the "Battle City Showdown
n" event. Because I was always fighting lv40 bosses I lost many battles in row (especialy against Joe Wheeler). When I went to play online I noticed that I was silver 4 out of a sudden, not 5 but 4. I dont know if it was the reason for that demotion but my constant losing in BCS event is the only explanation I can think of

Not anymore. Konami made it so you cannot drop to the previous rank if you are at Rank 1 of any section.

Anon #2 cont - from now on you no longer drop below the first rank so if your gold 1 or plat 1 no matter how many times you lose you will not drop from rank 1 from now on from a loss streak
