How do I complete the last mission to unlock Sirius?
I've beaten the paradox brothers at level 30 during my turn with Haden, while I had less hp than them. However, the mission doesn't seem to complete itself

I assume that you're talking about the comeback victory mission. To achieve a comeback victory, your LP must be lower than your opponent's AT THE BEGINNING of the turn you defeat them. If you lower your LP in your turn and then defeat them, it is not considered as a comeback victory.
Try something like this:
1) Lower your own LP and start setting up your field
2) When you're done AND your LP are lower than your opponents (when the turn starts), try to OTK them. You can already start removing their monsters before you perform the OTK.
