I think I've solved the case. The question is:

Especially, considering that Duel Links only has 12 zones in total that can be used and usually not all card zones are fully filled.

Also, Gandora can not be special summon and after it uses its effect, Gandora will be destroyed and our field will be empty which means it will be very easy for the opponent to fight back.

And to activate Gandora's effect, we need to pay half of our LP

I got what he intend to said. He stated about his complain against gandora the dragon destruction card which are not potential effective as, it need pay LP and destroy after end turn it normal summoned.
