Help progressing the game...(not new)

So I played the game from almost the start of it but took a break in the summer, came back a months ago and I cant seem to go past platinum on ranked.
So I need tips on a good deck to aim for that's mostly F2P, and also what characters to level upfarm and packs to focus on.
(I have Crowler LV28, and chazz, mai, bakura, yugi and odion LV35, also the full naturia set, a lot of normal fiend beaters and some support, Horus set, Ghostricks, Harpies, Worms+ananta, magnets without the searcher, and most AG set).

The list actually goes on but for now, maybe Ancient Gears, Easy to use, Straight beat em up kind of deck, You can start with ancient gear castle, when engineer attacks, you can destroy your opponent's spell/trap, Beast prevents monster effects and since your opponent can't activate spell/trap during battle phase, they will be forced to use them before the battle starts lessening the chance of running into mirror walls rising energy and other stuff.

Second will go to Amazoness deck with reverse traps and power up cards. ceal will allow you to direct attack and by using reverse trap, you can increase your monster's attack instead of decreasing it resulting in huge direct attack damage or power up your amazoness swordsmaster only to reverse trap it into having 0 atk etc. Plus Sage can Destroy spell/ strap as long as it is alive after it battles and chain master can "steal" a card your opponent has in hand preventing the completion of exodia or taking a sphere kuriboh for yourself and so on for the cost of 1,500 LP.

Third would go to collected power + fairy meteor crush/ big bang shot.
You can choose to equip big bang shot or fairy meteor crush on your monster to inflict piercing damage only to use collected power to transfer them to your opponent when they attack a defense position monster. Since you are the controller/owner of FMC and/or BBS, The opponent will take the piercing damage instead due to the effect "inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent".

Do take note that when Big Bang Shot leaves the field, the equipped monster is banished.

btw OP, if you have a deck set of horus, maybe it would help you to climb. because in legend, it infested with CA and Plat is just infested with random decks. but after the nerf, idk what's going to happen.
