Need a help here, IMO this skill is very good in any deck, but is there any deck that can fully utilize this skill? or maybe is there any card that have a synergy with this skill? just curious why this skill currently not uprising in metagame

I used to use this a tonne. Sergeant Electro etc are just shrugged off by super strong monsters. It's just not powerful enough anymore (can't compete against P2W anymore tbh).

Sergeant electro, de spell, nobleman of extermination. This skill somewhat popular in clown electro control decks.

Vlademora

It's usually paired with Nobleman of Extermination and De-Spell. Other skills has better synergy with the cards that we have now, that's why it's not that popular.
